warranty policies
1 Year Warranty:
Our One Year Warranty covers all manufactured components of the unit from the date of delivery, for exceptions listed below. Warranty is valid as long as the defect is not caused by wear and tear, improper, aggressive, or similar use, or the unit is damaged in any other regard. Defects covered by warranty include quality issues with workmanship or materials. Repairs or replacement components will be provided. Warranty acceptance, as well as associated shipping charges are at the discretion of Sluice Boss.
30 Day Warranty:
The engine and water trash pump are covered for 30 days from the date of delivery if the unit has been operated according to the supplied operator manual for the pump, as well as no evidence of tampering with the serialized warranty void sticker is present.
"Locked-up" pumps will be evaluated for damage. If it is determined to be due to improper use of the pump or materials too large for the pump, repairs or replacement may be required to be paid for by customer.
Sluice segments, hoses, and nozzle are limited to a 30-Day Warranty as well. Warranty acceptance, as well as associated shipping charges are at the discretion of Sluice Boss.
